  Very friendly and informative staff, wide selection of plants, massive range of pots in all sizes, good prices, not one of those garden centres that's full of plastic landfill. Recommended.

  For 10 years have enjoyed buying plants here and spent a lot. But I found that customer service is not a policy. I had bought 2 Helibores a few days ago and decided to change them for a more expensive variety - paying the extra of course. The plants were still in the original pots and in good condition and I had the receipt. But they refused and would not even look at the plants. The whole attitude was. "Rules matter, customers don't"!. The rule says 'no plants accepted back after 48 hours". Plants can be damaged in a few seconds. Only their condition should matter. Dawn need more competition or they will become even more complacent. The staff are pleasant and helpful. The problem is with the owners/management. There had been absolutely no desire to find a way to be helpful.
